State run telecom PSU BSNL has enhanced talk value on GSM 2G & 3G prepaid mobile recharge vouchers in UP-circle. Talk value of recharge vouchers have been increased across different denominations. RCV 5500 will offer talktime of Rs 6000 while RCV 3300 will now come with increased talktime of Rs 3500 . Similarly RCV 1100 which offered talktime of Rs 1000 will now offer talktime of Rs 1050. BSNL has more than 89 lakh GSM customers in this circle and added more than 1.9 lakh new GSM customers in the month of Oct 2010.
