State-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited [ BSNL]) today announced Special 2G & 3G prepaid Tariff Plans for Paramilitary Forces. These plans will give host of benefits to over 9 lakh Paramilitary jawans. BSNL has introduced separate plans for jawans & officers which are “Paramilitary Plan” and “Officer Plan”. The Paramilitary Plan offers free talk time of 20 minutes daily on any two BSNL numbers. This facility is also applicable while roaming and that too free of cost. Jawans can also avail low call rate of 20p/minute on any two BSNL numbers (Landline and Mobile). Another plan in the offering provides reduced Call charges of 30 P/ min on any one BSNL number anywhere in the country. Jawans availing Paramilitary Plan may make 3G video calling at attractive rate of 70 P/ minute. BSNL has also introduced Fixed Monthly Charges of Rs.99 (inclusive of Tax), for availing Per Second Pulse and tariff beyond freebies at 1p/Second; and additional talk time worth Rs.75/- per month.
Under the Officers Plan, serving officers can avail unlimited free calls to any BSNL numbers within a circle and 500 free SMS, both local & national. Besides this, they can avail 1500 minutes / month free STD calls on any BSNL numbers. This also includes 300 minutes of free I/C roaming call and 200 minutes of free O/G roaming call. The other features of the plan include per minute pulse, free night calling on one’s own network, unlimited free GPRS in Home LSA, STD calls @ 0.40 P / min, video calls @ 0.70 P / min. All this comes at a fixed monthly charge of Rs.425 + Taxes.

BSNL has extended the prepaid plan for “all Paramilitary Forces” and “Rakshak” post-paid plan to all Armed Forces which includes Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, Coast Guard, BRO etc. The prepaid “all Paramilitary Forces” plan is renamed as “Jai Jawan” plan.

i am carring a sim of jai jawan plan which no is 9422516218,before one month every 10 days Rs 10 is deducted from my account due to south actress wallpaper activate while i have not demand any such type of activation in this regard i have complained at BSNL counter at CSI Airport mumbai terminal 1A but not stop so far again i am requesting you kindly stop such type activation now and further i hope you will do.

Hi,my brother is wroking in Indian Navy. His duty in Vishakhapattnam &He apply to a new Sim Jai Jawan plan in Gurgaon BSNL Branch but BSNL employee told me that he appled only in Vishakhapattnam branch. Plz suggest.
jai hind im cpf personnel having one paramilitary sim , but it seems useless becoz wherever we go out like J&K the sim does not work . and become in valid , its mere better if the sim work all over india , the two number free call also does not work in spite of five times visited bsnl office , they (staff) never give attention my complain . the official holding in bsnl offices are quit irresponsible.
How i submit my two bsnl number for free 20 minute.plz tell me.

I am serving in CRPF, I have taken a para Military 3G Sim from Gaya Distt,Bihar during 2011, I have been transferred to Avadi, Chennai Tamilnadu during December 2012 and further Now Ranga Reddy, Secundrabad, AP, Since last two months I getting follwing problem :-
1) On recharging Rs.99/- I getting only those two BSNL Tel. No entered in begning only 20 minuts, there after, disconnects and not connected even after available of On/Off net balance.
2) Inspite of available balance On/Off net call out going as well as in comming are not active, and I get help less to contect other person either receiving or diling.
3) I try several time to costumer care, they replyed, u contect c/care of Bihar State, Number provided by an costumer care is 0944417492, which is alwayas swich off.
4) I can not under stand what can I do and feel helpless.
If any officer incharge view this my problem, expecting favour to short out my problem pse.
