Airtel 4G now in Bangalore, with new 30GB pack priced at Rs. 2999
Leading Telco Bharti Airtel today announced launch of 4G services in Bangalore city. The company had already rolled out its 4G LTE services last month from Kolkata. Airtel 4G plans start from Rs.999 (Break Free plan) offering 6 GB free data usage per month. After free data usage, the customer will be allowed unlimited free data usage at 128Kbps downgraded speed (see the tariff table below). Airtel 4G introductory offer will allow cashback for the CPE / dongle to customers subscribing to 4G services. Airtel 4G is now also available in an all new 30GB pack priced at Rs. 2999.
Airtel 4G Tariff
On the Rs.999 postpaid plan , customer will get a money-back for a value equivalent of one month’s rent, spread over first 6 bill cycles. Customers will get a bill discount of Rs.167/bill for 6 bills.
On the Rs.1399 and Rs.1999 postpaid plans , customer will get a money-back for a value equivalent of two month’s rent, spread over first 6 bill cycles. Customers will get a bill discount of Rs.466/ bill for 6 bills in case of Rs.1399 plan , and Rs.666 / bill for 6 bills in case of Rs.1999 plan
Airtel 4G indoor CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) with wifi will be available for Rs.7750, and Airtel 4G Multi Mode Dongle will cost Rs.7999.
Airtel has also introduced ‘Smartbytes’ for 4G – thus allowing customers to buy these add on packs and continue enjoying the 4G experience even after exhausting their monthly data limits.
Customers on Airtel 4G can already choose from a catalogue of over 35 high quality Bollywood movie titles and leverage the power of 4G to enjoy an unmatched video streaming experience. While 10 movie titles will be available free of cost for customers during the first month, movie buffs can pay a monthly subscription of INR 149 and watch unlimited movies. Airtel will be further adding to this list of movies in the catalogue in weeks to come.
