RCom’s 3G Video Delivery Platform bags Global Excellence TM Forum Award

Reliance Communications Limited (RCOM) has received the Global Excellence in Business Innovation award business innovation. Companies 3G Video Delivery Platform has been recognized by TM Forum  a global Industry consortium with over 750 Companies. RCom received this prestigious award in a glittering ceremony at the Management World Conference held on May 21 – 24 in Dublin, IRELAND with an attendance of over 3000 of world’s Tech trendsetters and Thought leaders.

Reliance Communications rolled out it 3G Video Delivery Platform in December’2011, the service is the first of its kind streaming service offered by any telecom operator in India. This platform offered 3G users with an interactive platform to view adaptively streamed video content across a slew of devices like PCs, Smartphones, Tablets, MIDs and multiple OS like iOS, Android, Symbian, Windows Mobile, Bada, Blackberry OS etc. This 3G video delivery platform also allows users to watch live video channels.
