MTNL Delhi has relaunched one of its earlier new SIM connection plan ‘Plan 123 Start Up. Under this plan MTNL customers will be offered free 3G SIM while Plan Voucher will come for Rs 123. It comes with host of freebies such as 123 local minutes, 123 STD minutes, 123 local SMS, 123 national SMS and 123 MB free 3G data which has to be consumed within 30 days. The Plan voucher has validity of 90 days and has attractive call rates to offer. All local call to MTNL willbe charged at 20p/min while calls to other networks will come at 50p/min. STD call charges will be 60p/min while data charges will be 1p/12KB.
