BSNL to upgrade post fair usage speed to 512Kbps in all Broadband FUP plans

BSNL is all set to give more speed to its Broadband customers who are using fair usage policy (FUP) based broadband plans. The existing download speed of 256 Kbps post fair usage limit will be increased to 512Kbps from 1st June in all the circles.  The speed upgrade will be offered in 11 BSNL FUP Broadband Unlimited plans as given below. “BSNL Home ULD 525” plan offering 512 Kbps upto 4GB and 256 Kbps afterwards, will now  offer flat 512 Kbps without any usage capping. The combo version of same plan – “BB Home Combo ULD 650” will also offer 512 Kbps flat. However, BSNL has also increased fixed monthly charges in these plans from Rs.525 to Rs.545 and Rs.650 to Rs.675 respectively.

The 11 revised BSNL Broadband plans are – BB Home ULD 525, BB Home Combo ULD 650, BBG Combo ULD 1800, BBG Combo ULD 2250, BB CSC ULD 999, Flexi General Combo Plan 500, Flexi General Combo Plan 750, Flexi General Combo Plan 1000, Flexi General Combo Plan 1250, Flexi General Combo Plan 1500 and BB Home ULD 540 CS23.
