    Airtel launches 4G LTE services in Pune

    After launching 4G LTE services in Bengaluru & Kolkatta, Airtel has launched its 4G services in Pune. With this, Airtel customers in Pune will now have access to 4G LTE technology that can theoretically give download speed of upto 100 Mbps. Airtel also announced the availability and free trial offer of its Airtel Broadband TV and Games On-Demand. Currently the 4G service has been launched for postpaid customers only and will soon be made available for prepaid customers as well.

    Airtel 4G will empower customers with superfast access to data for High Definition (HD) video streaming, multiple chatting, instant uploading of photos, rich content and much more. Bharti Airtel also has plans of rolling out India’s first multi-mode LTE TDD smartphone in India alongwith partners Qualcomm and Huawei – thus making voice telephony a reality for 4G users in India in the near future.

    The much awaited Samsung Galaxy Note II has been officially launched in India. The preorder of this Samsung phablet had started a few days ago on its website and other online stores and it has priced the phablet for Rs 39900. Samsung Galaxy Note II sports 5.55″ HD Super AMOLED touch screen with screen resolution of 1,280×720 pixels and boasts of running on 1.6 GHz quad-core processor. It sports Google’s latest Android OS 4.1 Jelly Bean and comes loaded with 2 GB internal memory with three versions of 16, 32 and 64 GB memory. Samsung Galaxy Note II is slimmer (9.4mm)
