A recent market survey research report conducted by Aegis consulting and reproted by ET shows that Uninor will be the least affected mobile service provider once MNP goes live all across. In the survey conducted by Aegis consulting only 19.4% of Uninor customers showed interest to change service provider once MNP gets live. While in case of all other operators close to 50% of all the customers showed inclination to switch to other operator post MNP. This result reveals that Uninor has high customer loyalty and very few of its customers are willing to change service provider due to any dissatisfaction post MNP.
