Reliance Communication has introduced innovative spoken English mobile learning program, Learn English’. “Learn English” program has been launched in association with leading mobile VAS company, OnMobile Global Limited. The program is available in nine Indian languages, namely, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Telugu and Malayalam.

Though the service has been launched, but there is very little awareness even among retailers. We tried to test the service in Delhi using MTNL ilemon (HSDPA) 3.5 G USB data card. Reliance Communications [RCom] recently launched its 3G services in India after Tata Docomo, has today announced its 3G services tariff plans. Customers may enjoy Reliance 3G services using USB Data card or 3G enabled handset. Existing Reliance customers using 2G services will be upgraded to 3G network automatically and they will continue with their existing 2G tariff plans, however they will have to use 3G enabled device.

Airtel ,Reliance & Vodafone signals are now live at various places and pockets in Delhi & Mumbai. Airtel & Reliance 3G signals are already available in various parts of New Delhi and now it’s available in NCR region too. Today I checked and found the 3G signals of both the companies in NCR.
