Tata Photon plus has responded to the 3G data rate cut by many of the 3G operators in country by slashing the data rates for Photon plus customers. The company has drastically reduced the data rates for postpay customers and have also introduced reload packs for additional usage beyond free for postpaid customers.
Now Tata Photon Plus postpay customers will get unlimited 6GB data for Rs. 950 rental or unlimited 11 GB for Rs.1200/-. These 2 unlimited plans also offer cash back of Rs 100 per month for 12 months from date of purchase. Apart from that , Tata DOCOMO entry level packs now cost Rs 250 that offers 1GB of data download as compared to Rs 650 earlier. Likewise Rs 450 pack which earlier costed 750 will offer 2GB of data.

TATA Photon is undoubtedly a successful brand in the category. It has ruled the wireless high speed data card market for almost last two years . Though BSNL & MTNL had already launched 3G data card in many cities but Tata Photon could grab market share due to its aggressive marketing & selling.
